As a church, we are committed to the person of Jesus
Christ, and we base our teaching upon God’s word, the Bible. It is our
desire that people come to place their trust in Christ to forgive and lead
them, and that they grow in their relationship with Him.
We seek to provide regular teaching and preaching of the
Bible, meaningful times of worship, opportunities for fellowship, prayer,
outreach, and numerous other ministries for people of all ages.
Our
web site is updated periodically to include the latest events and happenings
taking place here, as well as photos, devotional, and other useful tools for
you.
We
like to think of our church as a Family. It is wonderful to be part of the
Family of God which is made up of believers from all walks of life, and all
different back grounds. We are united around the Cross of Jesus Christ and
His blood that was shed for the forgiveness of sin.
There
is also the joy of being part of a local body of believers, where joys and
sorrows can be shared, where needs can be met, and families can be
ministered to.
My
favorite Bible verse is Romans 3:23 which says “All have sinned and fallen
short of the glory of God”.
While
there is no “perfect” person and no “perfect” church, we do serve a perfect
God and we are striving to be more like Him in all we say and practice. God
made each of us with unique gifts and talents. We value the gifts God has
given to you, and look forward to the great things He has in store for you
as we begin our walk with Jesus Christ together.
I can assure you that we
are a church that is focused upon doing the Will of God, and that is to see
souls won into the Kingdom
of God,
Edifying our Savior in Worship, and enabling Christians in their Spiritual
growth.
